Who are we?

Sylvia Taudien | Founder and Director

I am German from the Valley of the Rhine, near Cologne. They say that people from this region are quite happy, I consider myself a fortunate person, with my ups and downs, but I see life on the positive side. Since my youth, I knew that I wanted to work with and for people. I developed my career in the business world in various multinationals in Germany and Spain.

My true vocation started in 1994 in an Outplacement company. At last I was where I had always dreamed I would be. For 6 years I helped hundreds of people to find new perspectives in their personal and professional lives, always working with my teams. Later I had the great opportunity to carry out projects of Search and Selection on a large scale and on an international level with a headhunting company.

In 2003 I started my passionate adventure as a businesswoman, Advantage Consultores, my enterprising project with a senior and multicultural team.

Angela Coll | Office Manager

I am Dutch with Catalan roots, I lived for a long time in Amsterdam and 6 years ago my dream came true: to live in Spain.

I worked as an assistant and secretary in Banks and in law firms and finally I landed in Advantage as Office Manager. I love dealing with people, both candidates and clients or suppliers. My vocation is the successful organization of the office and to support the team in all their needs with a big smile on my face.

Eva Romeo | Senior Consultant

I am Eva Romeo, I am 38 years old and I have a wonderful 3 year old son. With a legal background, I worked as a lawyer for a short time but I soon realized that my true vocation was not laws but people. So I applied the professional orientation to myself and reorientated my professional career towards the world of Human Resources, working, among other things, in a fashion company.

I have been working for more than ten years as an HR consultant on issues such as Guidance and Professional Transition, Skills Training and Personal Development, People Selection etc.: my true passion. For some years now I have been working with the team of Advantage Consultores on Newplacement projects and Assisting Mergers such as Bayer-Schering, Banc Sabadell-Urquijo, Pearson etc.

I live in Madrid but travel all over Spain depending on job requirements, which I find totally motivating because it is precisely this mobility that enriches me with different people and different cultures. I can really say that I am fortunate to be in this job: it is wonderful to be able to help people to get to know themselves – or perhaps recognize themselves – to achieve their goals and, ultimately, be happier. On the other hand, working with the team is fantastic as it combines the autonomy of each of us with joint commitment.

Clara Yter | Senior Consultant

I am Clara, as an enterprising woman , I daily combine my devotion to my two small daughters with my enthusiasm to guide, support and help people in the process of a career change.

Our aim is to help people ultimately reach their professional goals.
